Your Deeds Alone Are Faithful

In this world you have three companions:

one is faithful, the others are treacherous.

The latter are friends and possessions;
the faithful one is excellence in deeds.

Your wealth won’t come with you out of your palace;
your friend will come, but only as far as the grave.

When the day of doom comes to meet you,
your friend will say, “I’ve come this far, but no farther. I will stand a while at your grave.”

Your deeds alone are faithful: make them your refuge,
for they alone will accompany you into the depths of the tomb.

Three Companions

In this world you have three companions:

one is faithful, the others are treacherous.
The latter are friends and possessions;
the faithful one is excellence in deeds.
Your wealth won't come with you out of your palace;
your friend will come, but only as far as the grave.

When the day of doom comes to meet you,
your friend will say, "I've come this far, but no farther.
I will stand a while at your grave."

Your deeds alone are faithful: make them your refuge,
for they alone will accompany you into the depths of the tomb.

Sometimes In Order To Help He Makes Us Cry

Sometimes in order to help He makes us cry
Happy the eye that sheds tears for His sake
Fortunate the heart that burns for His sake
Laughter always follow tears
Blessed are those who understand
Life blossoms wherever water flows
Where tears are shed divine mercy is shown

The Greater Jihad

When from the outward fight I turned around The war inside our soul is what I found:‘The small Jihad we have just left behind’For a Jihad of a much greater kind;The strength from God is what I long to win Which can uproot Mount Qaf with just a pin,Don’t overrate the lion which can kill!The one who breaks himself is greater still.

Love's Call

At every instant and from every side, resounds the call of Love:

We are going to sky, who wants to come with us?

We have gone to heaven, we have been the friends of the angels,

And now we will go back there, for there is our country.

We are higher than heaven, more noble than the angels:

Why not go beyond them? Our goal is the Supreme Majesty.

What has the fine pearl to do with the world of dust?

Why have you come down here? Take your baggage back. What is this place?

Luck is with us, to us is the sacrifice!

Like the birds of the sea, men come from the ocean--the ocean of the soul.

Like the birds of the sea, men come from the ocean--the ocean of the soul.

How could this bird, born from that sea, make his dwelling here?

No, we are the pearls from the bosom of the sea, it is there that we dwell:

Otherwise how could the wave succeed to the wave that comes from the soul?

The wave named 'Am I not your Lord' has come, it has broken the vessel of the
body and when the vessel is broken, the vision comes back, and the union with Him.

My Dear Heart

"My dear heart never think you are better than others. Listen to their sorrows with compassion. If you want peace, don't harbour bad thoughts do not gossip and don't teach what you do not know."
